Dean of the College:
The Dean shall conduct the affairs of the College and manage its scientific, administrative and financial affairs within the limits of the policy determined by the University Council and the Council of the Scientific Departments in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws, regulations and decisions.
Dean's duties:
1- Supervising the preparation of scientific and practical plan and follow-up implementation.
2- Coordination between technical and administrative bodies and personnel working in the Department of Studies and Departments concerned.
3- Provide suggestions on completing the faculty's needs of teaching staff, technicians, other auxiliary groups, facilities, equipment, tools, books, etc.
4- Monitor the progress of the study and examinations and maintain the system within the college in cooperation with the heads of scientific departments and inform the Rector of all that would prejudice the good functioning of the faculty.
5- Supervising the employees and administrative bodies at the college and supervising their work.
6- Prepare the annual report on the college's scientific, educational, administrative, financial, study, exam, study, examination, results and faculty activities, identify obstacles in implementation, and present proposals with appropriate solutions to avoid defects and overcome obstacles.
7- The Dean of the College shall indicate the views of the questions before the Council of Scientific Departments.

Faculty Council
The faculty council consists of:
1 - Dean of the College and the presidency of the Council.
2- The heads of the competent scientific departments, namely:
Department of Public Law.
Private Law Section.
Department of International Law.
Criminal Law Section.
3 - one of each of the assistant professors, teachers and teachers of Kuwait or others in the absence of Kuwaitis. They are selected for one year by election among each category in each college separately, on the first of October of each year.
4- At least two of the employees in the public and private sectors who are relevant to the relevant faculty work shall be appointed by a decision of the University Council for a period of two years upon the nomination of the competent faculty.
Terms of Reference:
1- To develop study plans, curricula and coordination in the need for coordination between the scientific departments in them, and the appointment of duration and dates of examinations and rules.
2- Forming the examination committees and approving their results.
3 - Approval of the transfer of students from the corresponding colleges in other universities within the limits established by the College Council.
4- To propose diplomas, diplomas and certificates, and to report the equivalence of foreign certificates.
5- Proposing the internal regulations of the colleges and regulations for museums, libraries and other college facilities.
