The college took its place at Kuwait University to perform its role in preparing a legal generation to meet the country's need in this important field to contribute to the localization, development and dissemination of human knowledge and follow-up, and to exploit the energies of youth to prepare a generation with a great deal of science, awareness and knowledge so that this generation is the wealth and the first element in building and developing the State of Kuwait in particular and the world in general.
