Scholarship is obtaining a Doctor of Philosophy degree or its equivalent from a university accredited by the scientific department and the College Scholarship Committee.

This is to fill the position of a faculty member in the college, provided that the scholarship student obtains a master's degree or its equivalent before starting a doctorate degree.
