1. The percentages are approved by the University Council each year according to the secondary school outputs.
2. The student's admission to the college must be a first or second wish.
3. Applications from high school graduates are accepted in their scientific and literary sections.
4. Applications are accepted once a year

Exceptions to these controls:
1. Retiring students
In more than two rapporteurs where they will not be allowed to move to the higher band and have the right to return some of the previously studied courses and obtain an acceptable rating of less than 70% (D).
2. Second Year Students
Who do not move to the third division because they do not get a general average of 70% where they remain in the second division and have the right to return some of the courses passed by and obtained an acceptable rating to raise the rate.
3. Officers and Transfer Officers
Who are enrolled in the Saad Al-Abdullah Academy and students transferred from other universities because of the equivalence of some courses for them.
4. Students of the fourth school provided on condition
- Do not pass three courses for previous years.
- The repeat of some courses to increase the grade.
1. A student must graduate from the Faculty of Law to successfully pass all the courses required for graduation, totaling 157 hours, and obtain a general average of 70% (good) on the basis of the total scores obtained by the student in the four years.
2. If the student at the end of the academic year has a general grade of less than 70 (good), it is necessary to graduate to raise his level:
A- To re-examine all or some of the courses in which he or she obtained a grade less than 70 (acceptable).
B- To study some elective courses offered by the College and have not studied them.
1. A student is not entitled to register in a course with a previous requirement before passing the first requirement.
2. The student shall not be transferred from any team to a higher division if he has more than two rapporteurs. He shall return the courses in which he failed. He may repeat the courses in which he received less than 70% (acceptable).
3. The student shall not continue to enroll in any group for more than two years, otherwise he will be dismissed from the college.
4.The student may not move from the second to the third division if the general rate is less than 70%.
5. The student may not be enrolled in college for more than seven years.
6. If the student receives a grade less than 70% (acceptable) in any course, he may re-study it to improve his level only once. In case of failure in the re-course, the student receives a grade (F) scored (60) Only this case applied for law courses, not included for language courses (Arabic, French, English).
First: Delay acceptance:
Is to postpone the new student not enrolled in courses to the next academic year of joining the university, and be for one year only and the student must register and study in the following year or else considered acceptance of the university canceled, and can accept the new student accepted (without categories:, The President of the University, the outstanding students) may apply within the first six weeks of the beginning of the study in accordance with the rules in force by the Student Affairs Committee, noting that the postponement is compulsory and not counted within the normal graduation period.
Second: The total withdrawal from the decisions:
A student who is enrolled in the university in case of emergency conditions (health, psychological and social) and wishes to withdraw from the academic year registered in it may apply for withdrawal from the courses in which he registered the required documents to the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs.
Dear students of the Faculty of Law to complete your schedule Please make sure to register the required courses are at your own risk so please be careful:
1. Completing your course schedule according to the units of each study group
- First Division 28 units of study
- The second class is 38 units
- Third Division 40 units of study
- The fourth year is 42 units
2. In the case of failure (F) in an optional decision, the Rapporteur must be re-appointed, and no new optional decision should be made.
3. Registration must be re-registered with the courses in which it was rejected.
4. To raise the rate, the courses in which it received an estimate of less than 70% (D) may be returned for one time only. They should not be returned more than once for their impact on the overall rate.

- The student records the course's decisions and chooses an optional course for the study group.
First: To complete the course, the student chooses:
Optional Rapporteur.
In the arabic language.
C - Foreign language.
Second: Language courses are recorded through the Internet provided that the people:
From 1, 2, ... to the students and the people of 51, 52, ... for female students
Third: Upon registration, the student will put the college and department code: 0210
- Arabic Language: 0310
- English Language: 9988
- French Language: 9989
1. A student who misses (5) hours is given a warning first.
2. A student who misses 10 hours is given a second warning.
3. A student who is absent for 15 hours is given a third warning.
4. A student shall be considered a rapporteur in the course if he is absent for more than (15) hours.
1. If, in any academic year, the student completes the normal academic load and receives an annual average of 90% or more, his name is placed on the honor list. At the end of each academic year, the faculty will issue a list of honors students and honor them in the manner they deem appropriate.
2. Honors are granted to the student upon graduation provided he obtains a cumulative general average of 85% or more, and ends the normal graduation period of 4 years.
A student who has not been able to register as a result of psychological, social or health conditions accepted by the competent committee may apply for suspension of enrollment in the academic year.
Suspension of Optional Enrollment:
All students, except students of the normal period of graduation, have the right to terminate the optional enrollment for conditions that prevent them from enrolling in the academic year. These conditions are not available under special conditions for the suspension of compulsory registration if the following conditions are met:
1. not to register any course.
2. approval of the Student Affairs Committee at the college after providing the excuse (social - psychological - health).
3. The application must be submitted within two weeks of the start of the study.
4. The suspension of the optional entry must not exceed one academic year.
5. The voluntary enrollment of students who have exceeded the normal graduation period shall not be suspended.
6. The suspension of the voluntary entry shall be counted within the normal period of graduation.
Termination of compulsory enrollment:
All students, including regular students, are entitled to the following conditions:
1. not to register any course.
2. approval of the Student Affairs Committee at the college after providing the excuse (social - psychological - health).
3. The application must be submitted within (6) weeks of the start of the study.
4. The period of suspension of compulsory enrollment shall not exceed three years of study during the period of registration at the University.
5. The suspension of compulsory enrollment shall not be counted within the normal period of graduation.
Re-enrollment:
It is the re-registration of the student in the university records after the removal of his name as a result of his absence from study in one semester or more and if the following conditions are met:
1. The period of discontinuity shall not exceed 6 semesters.
2. The Student Affairs Committee shall accept the excuse presented by the student upon his suspension from studying.
1.Optional Withdrawal:
(Academic conditions ‐ travel abroad ‐ language study – low rate) and the duration of two semesters only during the study period, and applications are submitted within the first (6) weeks of the beginning of the study, Note that it is calculated within the normal period of graduation and does not include new students.
2.Mandatory Withdrawal:
Which is a total withdrawal from the courses that were recorded for the academic year due to emergency circumstances and the last day of submission of applications is 31/3 of each year, noting that the duration of compulsory withdrawal is two years of study and not counted within the normal period of graduation.
3.Withdrawal from previous academic year:
This is a complete retroactive withdrawal from all decisions in which FA has been obtained as a result of compelling circumstances (social, psychological, health) assessed by the Student Affairs Committee. The application shall be submitted within the first 6 weeks of the beginning of the study for the next academic year for the year to be withdrawn. The normal duration of graduation.
4. Withdrawal from summer semester:
This is an elective course that the student withdraws as a result of compelling circumstances that occurred during the semester. Applications are submitted during the first four weeks of the beginning of the summer semester
Paperwork required to file papers to withdraw from the current academic year:
- Student Id Card.
- The medical report should be Arabic language.
- Social reasons.
- Psychological reasons.
- Other reasons.
