The program aims to qualify holders of a bachelor's degree in law and provide them with legal and practical knowledge at a distinguished level in the field of national and international commercial arbitration in both Arabic and English.

 The mission of this program is to provide the student with the opportunity to study a full diploma specialized in arbitration in civil and commercial disputes, and to meet the need of different sectors of legal activities for arbitrators and researchers in the field of arbitration.

 In addition to qualifying national cadres specialized in commercial arbitration, whether national or international, with scientific and practical knowledge capable of serving the community in the field of settling disputes between the parties and representing them before arbitration bodies, in order to contribute to solving the problem of the long adjudication of lawsuits
