Control Section The control committee is formed by the college council at the beginning of each academic year. It consists of the chairman of the committee and the membership of a group of professors chosen by the dean of the college under the supervision of the head of the control. The committee's task is to supervise the final tests of the college and the supervision during the test. On the day of the test to ensure confidentiality and based on the decision of the College Council is selected each year to the head of the control and the selection of faculty members of the Control Committee.
The Control Committee shall:
1- Booking rooms for the tests of the work of the year
2‐ General supervision of the preliminary preparations for the final tests of the maintenance of the devices and requested the covers of the questionnaires of the University Press and the papers of a special answer to that.
3‐ Organizing the examination process by making a schedule of the exams in coordination with the Guidance and Guidance Office, and the work of a table of names of observers from the members of the faculty.
4‐ Receive the grades of the work of the year from the members of the faculty before the final exam date and the introduction of grades in the computer of the Committee before the date of the final exam.
5- Supervising the conduct of examinations during the period of the final examinations through the use of staff to print the test questions and to monitor the students during the exam.
6‐ Delivery of the answer papers to the professor of the course after the placement of secret coupons on it. And receipt of it after correcting.
7- Monitoring the grades (work year and final) and collected in the answer booklet and enter into the computer and the announcement of the final results of students through the Internet information system student, after being audited and reviewed by the Control Committee.
8‐ Receiving complaints from students and checking them by reviewing the answer sheet and making sure that the grades are collected.
9‐ Supervising the final exams for postgraduate studies in the college through the processing of the answer and observation papers on students in the test and the introduction of results in the computer and then announced to students and send a copy to the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs and Graduate Studies in the College.
10‐ The work of a committee dedicated to compassion for students and graduates.
Article (5): Examinations:
1‐ The final grade for each course shall be distributed as follows: 40% business grade of the year. 60% for the final exam.
2‐ The student shall take at least one examination in each course in addition to the final exam during the academic year. The College Administration shall set a schedule specifying the time and place of the exam. The exams for the year shall not be subject to the confidentiality system. The course of practical training and the decisions of the research rooms shall be exempted from compulsory.
3‐ A supplementary examination shall be held before the beginning of the academic year in sufficient time to be determined by the College Council for the following categories:
A- Students absent with an acceptable excuse from the Student Affairs Committee of the College.
B-Students who have failed to obtain a grade of (40‐ 59) in any course and are counted in the grades obtained in the supplementary exam, not exceeding the estimate of "good" C
C- If the student receives a "Acceptable" assessment in any of the courses in which he / she was enrolled in the academic year, he / she may take the supplementary exam for this course and will be required to enter this student. (C) The higher degree, not exceeding a good estimate of a supplementary exam to improve the level, may submit an application to the Dean of the College on the dates specified.
4‐ Examinations shall be held at the end of the academic year and the supplementary examinations of the secret system. The College Examinations Committee shall supervise and monitor their grades and shall announce their results to the students in cooperation with the Guidance and Guidance Office.
5‐ The Deanship of the College shall recognize the final grades of the results of the examinations to the Deanship of Admission and Registration or shall be automatically entered by the faculty concerned.
6‐Examinations shall be conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations established by the College Council.
Article (4): Estimates and points: Students' assessments in all courses are as follows:
First: Excellent (100 degrees) ‐ and given to the student with 90 (A).
Second: Very good (89 degrees) ‐ and given to the student obtained 80 (B).
Third: Good (79 degrees) ‐ and given to the student obtaining 70 (C).
Fourth: Acceptable (69 degrees) ‐ and given to the student obtaining 60 (D).
Fifth: Supplementary role the first round (59 degrees) ‐ and is given to the student with 40 (MM).
Sixth: A student who has obtained a grade of 59 or less after the end of the supplementary course and is given to the student who obtained (0 ‐ 39 degrees) in the first round (F). When calculating the general average, the student is assessed in all the subjects in which he / she is enrolled, and the courses in which he / she retains the requirement to re‐study and succeed at the required level, or to be compensated by other courses as permitted by the regulations. It is not permissible for the student to re‐study a course that he has already studied and success at the rate of 70% or more. When calculating FA or F the general average of the ten different courses in which the student obtained an estimate and re‐ studied only the second estimate is calculated, but in addition, all estimates are calculated.
According to the general assessment of the student during the period of joining the college or after completion of the study according to the following steps:
1‐ The number of study units for each course shall be multiplied by the numerical grade obtained by the student, for each course. 2‐The sum of the various multiplication operations resulting from the previous step (1)
3‐ The result of the collection process in the previous step (2) shall be divided by the total number of units registered for all the courses in which the student has enrolled. For some courses (NP) and P (VII), the two estimates may be successful with the special nature determined by the college, but not included in the general average.
These courses are counted within the units that have passed, if the student has a successful assessment according to the regulations established by the Scientific Affairs Committee (P).
Article (11): Cheating in examinations:
1- If the supervisor determines any fraudulent condition or commencement of it, he must prove it in a record stating the student's name, number, exam material and date with a description of the incident and refer him to the Dean of the College.
2- After the investigation, the Dean of the College shall issue a decision containing the following: The student shall be deemed to have failed in all the courses in which he was enrolled in the academic year in which he was enrolled, while he was denied registration and study throughout that year. Notify the instructor of the relevant course and the Deanship of Admission and Registration with the procedures.
3- The student shall be dismissed permanently from the university in the event of his return to fraud and shall be proved in his record.
4- The provisions of the above provisions shall apply to anyone who, in the case of cheating or initiation, or whoever assists others, shall apply.
