Article (1): Admission Requirements:
1. The number of students admitted, and their percentages shall be determined in accordance with the rules approved by the University Council each year.

Article (2): Graduation Requirements:
The courses required to graduate from the Faculty of Law are:
First: University requirements (9) units.
151 Foreign languages (3) English or French modules.
153 Foreign languages (3) English or French units.
101 Foreign Language (3) Modules.
Second: Mandatory courses at the college.
Third: Elective Courses (16) Students choose (4) courses.
The College Council may obligate the students to one or more of these courses.
Fourth: practical training (4) units:
A decision by the College Council shall specify the content of the practical training, the bodies in which the training is conducted, and the method of evaluating the student and determining the degree of his success in this decision.
Fifth: The provisions of this Article may be amended by the approval of the Scientific Affairs Committee.

Article (3): Estimates and points:
The student's assessment in all courses is as follows:
First: Excellent (A) and given to the student obtained (90 - 100 degrees).
Second: Very good (B) and given to the student obtained (80 - 89 degrees).
Third: Good (C) and given to the student obtained (70 - 79 degrees).
Fourth: Acceptable (D) is given to the student who obtained (60 - 69 degrees).
Fifth: Supplementary role (MM) is given to the student (40 - 59 degrees) in the first round.
Sixth: Deposit (F) is given to the student who obtained (0 - 39 degrees) in the first round or the student obtaining 59 degrees or less after the end of the supplementary role.
When calculating the general average, the student is calculated in all the subjects in which he / she has been enrolled, and the courses in which he / she has failed are required to be re-examined and successful at the required level or to be compensated by other decisions as permitted by the established regulations. The student may not re-study a course he has studied and success at the rate of 70% or more. When calculating the general average of the ten different courses in which the student received an estimate of F or FA and re-studied only the second estimate is calculated, but in addition to the calculation of all estimates.
Controls for determining the minimum and maximum registration of courses in the Faculty of Law:

According to the general assessment of the student during the period of joining the college or after completion of the study in accordance with the following steps:
1. The number of units of study for each course in the digital degree obtained by the student, and the same for each course separately.
2. The sum of the multiplication of the multiplication resulting from the previous step (1).
3. The result of the collection in the previous step shall be divided by the total number of units registered for all courses in which the student has enrolled.
Seventh: Successful assessments (P) and precipitation (NP) may be monitored for some special natural courses determined by the college, but not included in the general average.
These courses are counted within the units that have passed, if the student has a successful assessment (P), in accordance with the regulations established by the Scientific Affairs Committee.
Article (4): Graduation Requirements:
First: A student must graduate from the Faculty of Law to pass successfully all courses required for graduation and obtain a general average of not less than (C) on the basis of the total scores obtained by the student during his / her studies.
Second: If the student receives an "Acceptable D" rating in any course, he / she may re-examine and test to improve his / her level and only once.
Article (5): Examinations:
1. The final grade for each course shall be distributed as follows:
- 40% business grade of the year.
- 60% for the final exam.
2. The student shall take at least one examination in each course, in addition to the final exam, during the academic year. The administration of the college shall prepare a schedule specifying the time and place of the exam. The exams for the year shall not be subject to the confidentiality system.
3. A supplementary examination shall be held before the beginning of the academic year with sufficient period to be determined by the College Council for the following categories:
- Students absent with an acceptable excuse from the Student Affairs Committee at the College.
- Students who have failed (40-59) in any course, and the grades obtained in the supplementary exam shall be calculated to a maximum of "C".
- If the student obtains a passable exam in any of the courses in which he / she was enrolled in the academic year, he / she may take the supplementary exam for this course, and the higher grade shall be calculated with no more than a good estimate (C). This student is required to take any supplementary examination to improve the level to submit an application to the Deanship of the College on the dates specified by it.
4. Examinations of the end of the academic year and the supplementary examinations of the system of confidentiality shall be subject to the supervision of the college's examination committee. The results shall be announced by the students in cooperation with the guidance and guidance office.
5. The Deanship of the College shall accept the final grades of the results of the examinations to the Deanship of Admission and Registration or shall be automatically entered by the concerned faculty.
6. Examinations shall be conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations established by the College Council.
Article (6): Honors and Graduations:
1. If the student completes the regular academic load in any academic year and receives an annual average of 90% or more, his name shall be placed on the honor list. At the end of each academic year, the faculty shall issue a list of honor students and honor them in the manner they deem appropriate.
2. The student shall be granted the degree of academic leave in accordance with the general average.
If the student completes his college studies within the normal period of graduation, he is awarded the honorary degree when he receives an assessment equivalent to 85% or more calculated on the basis of his average grade in the four academic years.
Article (7): Conversion:
1. The student who is transferred to the Faculty of Law from the other faculties of the University shall be given the equivalent courses for the college's materials, and the verbal and numerical equivalent assessment shall be calculated according to Article (3).
The rest of the courses are not included in the general average.
2. The courses studied by the student transferred to the Faculty of Law from foreign universities shall be in accordance with the rules established by the College Council.
Students who wish to withdraw from the Faculty of Law and transfer to other faculties at the University during their first year of admission to the University beyond the completion of the Supplementary Placement Tests may apply to the Deanship of Admission and Registration to freeze their academic record and university number and not to calculate the courses they have studied during that period, University faculties (except the Faculty of Law), according to the conditions of admission.
Article (8): Registration:
1. Registration of students during the first week of the beginning of the academic year of the Faculty of Law.
2. The second week of the academic year is allocated to the Faculty of Law to complete their schedules.
* Article (9): Attendance and Absence:
1. The student who misses (5) hours alarm first,
2. The student who misses (10) hours a second warning.
3. The student who is absent (15) hours warning third.
The student shall be considered a rapporteur in the course if he is absent for more than (15) hours.
Article (10): Warnings:
1. The student shall not be transferred from any higher group if he is a student in more than two courses. He must repeat the courses in which he failed. He may repeat the courses with which he obtained an acceptable average. The student who failed in more than two courses Any team more than two years or have been separated from the university.
2. The student may not remain in any study group for more than 3 years, otherwise he will be dismissed from the university.
3. The student shall not be transferred from the second division to the third division, unless he receives an average of not less than 70%.
The College Council may, after studying each case on its own and on the recommendation of the Student Affairs Committee of the College and the approval of the Student Affairs Committee at the University, grant some students an extra exceptional year of enrollment if available Including the conditions determined by the College Council in this regard. The Scientific Affairs Committee of the University may grant the student an exceptional last chance to study for one academic year on the basis of a proposal from the Student Affairs Committee at the University if the average is not less than 70%.
5. If the student obtains the end of the academic years at a general estimate that is less than (C) required to graduate, raise the level to this rate, by following one or both of the following methods:
- To re-examine all or some of the courses in which he received an "acceptable" rating (D).
- To study some elective courses offered by the College and have not studied them.
Article (11): Cheating in examinations:
1. If the supervisor determines any fraudulent situation or starts it, he must prove it in a record stating the student's name, number, exam material and date with a description of the incident and refer it to the Dean of the College.
2. After the investigation of the incident, the Dean of the College shall issue a decision containing the following:
- The student should be considered as a student in all the courses in which he was enrolled in the academic year in which he was enrolled, while he was denied registration and study throughout that year.
- Notify the professor of the relevant course and the Deanship of Admission and Registration with the procedures.
3. The student shall be permanently dismissed from the university in the event of his return to fraud and shall be proved in his record.
The provisions of the above provisions shall apply to anyone who is caught in a fraudulent situation or who is assisting others in doing so.
Article (12): Dropout:
1. If the student was interrupted during the first year of admission to the college, his admission was considered canceled.
If the student fails to study after the first year, he is not allowed to return to study until he has applied for it and the approval of the student affairs committee at the university provided that his period of interruption does not exceed one academic year during the period of his enrollment at the university.
Article (13): Suspension of Registration:
1. The student may suspend his registration at the request of the student, and with the approval of the student affairs committee at the university. Based on the presentation of the student affairs committee at the college provided that the period of suspension of compulsory enrollment does not exceed three years of study during the period of registration. .
2. The period of suspension of compulsory enrollment shall not be counted within the normal period of graduation.
Article (14): General Provisions:
The provisions of the Basic Rules of the Rules of Procedure shall apply, in the absence of any provision in these Rules, and in a manner not inconsistent with the nature of the annual system of the Faculty of Law.
