11. Follow up the case of students who fail more than two subjects and remind them of the rules of dismissal by sending a letter to them from the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs.

14. Conduct statistics in the number of students for the academic year by division, batch and gender in preparation for the work schedule and the number of people needed by each group.
15. Preparation of the course schedule each year after receiving it from the scientific departments with the work of models for the schedule for each study group.
