Master of Public Law

Master's Program

Master of Public Law is the law that regulates the authority of society to impose punishment and apply the necessary measures in facing any attack on basic interests, whether of individuals or the state, in terms of both substance and procedure, in a way that ensures the achievement of general and specific deterrence.

The program also aims to prepare national competencies in various branches of international, constitutional, criminal and administrative public law.

Mission

Train students in legal analysis of topics and in the scientific deepening of legal issues.

Strategic Objectives

-Build students' legal knowledge and introduce them to scientific research in law.
-Prepare graduates to meet the needs of the labor market.
-Train a new generation of lawyers capable of handling emerging legal issues and developing the personal skills of legal researchers.

Operational Objective

Train holders of a law bachelor's degree, provide them with in-depth knowledge and practical and scientific experience in public law and its various branches, and strengthen the competence of practitioners, whether they are judges or civil servants.
