1- Help the faculty members  in the issuance of visas by the embassies located inside the country in case of the need for a  faculty member for that.
2 - The extraction of travel tickets in coordination with the faculty member service affairs section .
3-Coordinating with the General Services Department to issue the entry permit, provide transport and residence for visiting teachers and interviewers, and follow up their transactions until the date of their departure.
4 - work the procedures for residence , preparing  the special papers for the civil id and the Kuwaiti driving license, and renewal of the driver's license when it expired .
5 - Coordinate with the  services section  regarding to the  special transactions for residencing  the  families of faculty members, and the issuaning the visas      for entries the family family indivisuals.
6 - specify commissary for processing the procedures and administrative transaction specially  for faculty members at various ministries (Ministry of Health, Interior ...). 
7-coordination with the management of furnishing and housing by preparing suitable housing for a faculty member in housing of university.

The Services Department is one of the most important sections of the Faculty of Law Administration, in view of the nature of the work and the competencies assigned to this department and related to all the various activities in the Faculty of Law. In this context, the Services and Follow-up Department has the following functions and responsibilities:
1 - Administrative supervision of technicians in the college (electrician - technician sanitary ware - carpentry) and the management of construction and maintenance technical supervision them.
2- Supervising the cleanliness and general appearance of the college by observing and following up the works of the company implementing the cleanliness and public service and submitting a comprehensive periodic report to the General Services Department on the progress of work in the college as well as supervising the implementation of the agricultural work.
3 - Supervising the work of security, security and safety in the College in coordination with the Security and Safety Department at the university to ensure the security and safety of the facilities and assets of the College.
4 - Work on the processing of examination halls and lectures and provide all public services required by the regularity of work in the college.
5- Coordinate with the Department of Public Services regarding the needs of the College to provide transportation buses for students and students or to provide transportation for visitors to the College.
6 - Participate in the organization of the establishment of concerts and special events of the College as a tribute to teachers or employees or graduates or students and other outstanding occasions.
7- Participate in the preparation and preparation of the requirements of meetings or emergency parties in the College and the preparation and processing of some cultural activities and others in college.
8- Coordination with the Information Systems Department to provide telephone service to the work centers at the college.
9 - inventory the needs of the College of furniture and scientific equipment and equipment and tools and cleaning stationery and sent to the Department of Supplies and stores, taking into account the lack of stacking of office equipment.
10 - Follow up the implementation of the regulations and procedures in place regarding the requests of the College of equipment and equipment in coordination with the scientific sections.
11- Supervising the work of the sub-store in the faculty and working to provide the needs of the college of stationery, office tools, cleaning tools and other according to the forms received from the duty stations and work to prevent excessive use.
12 - Inventory of laboratory equipment and equipment in each scientific section or work station and prepare a special record for reference when necessary.

1 - Enumerated the manpower in the college and open the records for all employees either employees or secretariats or correspondence.
2 - Save all staff related to their files of the leaves and upgrades and modify the conditions and sick leave and others.
3 - Limitation of occupied grades and the vacancies , and the satisfication for Faculties needs of job vacancies and followup with it .
4 - Follow-up and finish of employee transactions in administrative affairs at the university.
5 - Follow-up attendance and exit of employees of the College with sending warnings to employees who are not committed to working hours.
6 - Making a monthly review of the lateness and permission of employees in the college to make sure that it exceeds the time limit for the permission and notify the Department of Administrative Affairs on the basis of the circular received.
7-Follow-up of everything regarding to the employees like permissions and job assignments and change in the time of attendance and exit in the fingerprint machine.
8 - Follow-up attendance and exit of each of the employees of social supervision -and sports supervision - public services through the signing of the card and send lists to the management of each of those mentioned depending on the request of their administration.
9. Reply to the letters received at the office of both administrative Director and the Assistant Director.
