The implementation of pursuance practical training for  fourth year students (Faculty of Law) in the academic year 93/1994, training the students done in two different facilities  during the academic year every  semester in a facility, and only just  Thursday specified for training from every week so that the student should be obliged  to attend to the external facility which is accepted him in it  from 8-12 pm, and the student come back to the college from (1-2 afternoon ) to  follow up him  by  internal supervisor.

Practical training program divided into:

First: External practical Training:
The aim of external practical training system which is applied  in various institution in the state to provide  the student of faculty of law with necessary attributes to create and promote his legal personality  especially to qualified him to engage practical life after his graduation  , in particular to qualify them to engage in practical life after graduation, and able him to give and exert in his work and his effectiveness performance which is required, and this aim   achieve by observing the student efficiency that  highlighted  during the training periods and  encourage this efficiencies  and treatment  the shortage  that face  that obstacle  for development and refine it.

Second: Internal practical training:
The aim of internal practical trainings  for the students of the Faculty of Law that happen inside the college to find a link  between the student of faculty and the external practical facilities ,to qualify the student for this trainings and remove any problems  faced him ,furthermore  provide him with a knowledge and information that able him to interaction with facility that training in it , and ability to continue training to get  most practical benefit possible.

Training facility:
1. The Ministry of Justice includ: Public Prosecution, Judicial Arbitration Department, Execution Department, College Court, Court of Appeal, Department of Criminal Enforcement and External Communications (one student chooses one for training).
2. The Municipality of Kuwait.
3. General Directorate of Investigations.
4. Department of Fatwa and Legislation.
5. The training court an internal training facility being available all the year (students are sent to some facility such as the Ministry of Justice, the lawyer syndicate, the General Directorate of Investigation, for a limited period of time to acquaintance and train on the case which is in charge to it).

Attendance Absence:
1. The Absents extended to full year, where it did not cancel the absence of student for the first semester but continues to the second semester until with changing the external facility.
2. The student receives the first warning in case he absents on the training in both the external facility or internal twice, and if he absents 4 times, he receives the second warning, and in case absents 6 times he receives the third warning, but if his absent exceeds 6 times the student will be deprived from the course.
3. Notify the student in case he received the warning and provide the internal supervisor with a copy of the warning.

Student assessment:
1. The student is assessed with special scorecards, one for external supervision and the other for internal supervision for each semester.
2. Collecting the scores of the student that he gets it from external facility and internal for each semester and extracting the average and scoring the final grade from hundred and declare the scores from the Control Committee in the college at the end of the academic year.
